About the Team

About the Role

We're looking for an React UI/UX Developer who is eager to expand their skill set by working in a challenging and rewarding environment. You will be working alongside senior engineers collaborating with our marketing team's content managers and designers to create beautiful user interfaces with the latest web technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Development on projects from requirements gathering through solution design, build, testing and deployment

• Perform the build activities to deliver a solution from the design stage to a functional application

About You

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in software development using React and JavaScript (ES6).

• Proven experience in UI development using ReactJS.

• Ability to craft reusable, testable, organized, and efficient React components.

• Hands-on experience with HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, and styled-components.

• Solid understanding of Redux-thunk/saga, React Router, Webpack, and styled-components.

• Experience developing responsive web applications.

• Experience working with web services (consuming or creating) using REST or SOAP.

• Basic understanding of Java and TypeScript.

• Familiarity with various modern web frameworks.

Other Qualifications:

• Production experience building modern web components with a UI library/framework.

• Comfortable with modern CSS techniques such as Responsive Web Design, flexbox/grid layouts (styled-components is a plus).

• Experience writing semantic, accessible HTML markup.

• Experience in Node, NPM or YARN

• Experience working with a team to maintain a production website or application.

• Experience working in Agile methodology.

• Must be a good team player and a quick learner

• Capable of interacting with technical and functional teams and communicating challenges and risks.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• B.S. in Computer Science, MIS or related field, or equivalent work experience
