About the Team

The Business Technology Go-To-Market QA team is looking for a dedicated and highly motivated Software QA Manage to lead a team of QA Engineers who are on a mission to deliver high quality releases of the Salesforce ecosystem and Adobe Experience Manager applications. The team leverages Tricentis tools (qTest, Tosca and Neoload) for test automation. The team is working to improve automation coverage aimed at improving QA efficiency and ensuring high-quality releases of Go-To-Market applications.

About the Role

  • Lead and manage the QA team to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products and systems.

  • Drive the Design and development of robust test automation using Tricentis Tosca automation tool and qTest tools.

  • Drive the implementation of best practices into the automation architecture so that the automaton is highly stable, discovers defects, requires low maintenance and runs swiftly and selctively.

  • Develop and implement modern QA strategies that align with company objectives.

  • Oversee the creation and execution of test plans and test cases across various testing methodologies, in an Agile environment.

  • Manage and participate in hands-on testing and test automation to identify, document, and resolve system defects.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance overall product quality and improve QA processes.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest QA methodologies, tools, and best practices to continually improve the QA function.

  • Contribute to the growth and continuous improvement of quality and testing processes within the organization.

About You

Basic Qualifications : 

  • 14+ years of experience in QA and test automation delivering large scale test automation initiatives, including 5+ years in a managerial or leadership role

  • Experience in leading QA and test automation for Salesforce platform using Tosca or Selenium WebDriver

  • Proficiency in test planning, test case design, and test execution and test automation

  • 2+ years of DevSecOps experience, integrating automated tests into CI/CD Pipelines.

  • Leverages QA Metrics and KPIs to drive improvement initiatives.

Other Qualifications : 

  • 5+ years experience in Object-Oriented Programming and in C# or Java.

  • Experience with OAuth, Single-Sign-On, JSON and XML.

  • 2+years of experience with AWS cloud and its services EC2, S3, RDS, network management.

  • Experience in testing REST Web Services and Postman.

  • Proficiency with JIRA and project management tools.
