About the Team

Our Enterprise Identity team is a critical security program that strives to provide secure identity with access management security, lifecycle management, governance/administration, and privileged access management to the entire Workday organization.

About the Role

Come join our growing team as our next IAM Cybersecurity Engineer!

You will have the chance to define the business processes, align enterprise tooling, document processes and procedures, and partner with key stakeholders across the organization (Business Technology (BT), Product & Technology, Legal & Compliance, Internal Audit, and other peer Security organizations).

  • Design and support identity cybersecurity globally!

  • Support and help maintain a comprehensive Identity program (IAM, ILM, IGA, and PAM)

  • Support security / access control processes, elements, and workflows that align enterprise security architecture frameworks and standards with overall business and security strategy

About You

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of related IT, information security, or identity experience

  • Experience with Okta (IAM, Workflows, etc)

  • Experience with related IGA tooling (Okta Governance, Saviynt, Sailpoint, etc)

  • Experience with identity lifecycle management concepts (source of truth)

Other Requirements:

  • Experience with Zero Trust & Identity knowledge and understand how it can be used to improve security for all facets of Identity.

  • Proficient in all areas of information security and familiar with regulatory compliances.

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in cybersecurity, or comparable work/educational experience

  • Possess broad based knowledge of identity access management technologies such as: MFA, SSO, SAML, OIDC, & LDAP

  • Experience with scripting languages to assist in identity automation

  • Excellent at verbal and written communication

  • CISSP or equivalent certifications are a plus


Workday Pay Transparency Statement

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below.  Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Recruiters can share more detail during the hiring process. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. Primary Location Base Pay Range: $130,200 USD - $195,300 USD


 

Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $117,800 USD - $207,600 USD
