Your expertise in cloud platforms, particularly Docker and Kubernetes, will be instrumental in driving our infrastructure forward. What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using Python frameworks, primarily Django and Flask.
• Collaborate with frontend developers and product managers to define and implement RESTful APIs that enhance user experiences.
• Optimize existing applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to streamline the deployment process and improve product delivery.
• Work with relational (SQL) and NoSQL databases to design efficient data models and queries.
• Participate in code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to best practices in software engineering.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve our backend architecture.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in backend development with a strong focus on Python, preferably using Django or Flask.
• Proficient in SQL and NoSQL databases, with a solid understanding of data modeling and optimization.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design and microservices architecture.
• Experience with CI/CD practices and tools to enhance software delivery and quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fully remote setting.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with FastAPI for building modern web APIs.
• Experience in working with cloud platforms like AWS.
