We’re growing fast so we’re looking for a Web Developer to join the Brand team!

You will:

  • Work in the brand developers team, while collaborating with design, marketing & engineering teams to create new exciting features and functionality
  • Be responsible for maintaining and expanding Workable sites which promote our brand and its products and improve our conversion rates
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that adheres to industry best practices
  • Optimize the applications for maximum speed and scalability by employing all tools available to achieve great performance, responsiveness and UX
  • Implement SEO best practices to improve websites visibility and search engine rankings
  • Integrate data from various marketing platforms & services (HubSpot, Google Tag Manager etc)
  • Work with RESTful web services & APIs
  • Troubleshoot, debug and keep the code base up to date
  • Learn how to design, build and deliver high quality solutions in line with guidance and best practices of the department
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in web development area
  • BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering (or a proven strong background)
  • 3+ years of experience
  • Proficient with JavaScript and its frameworks (React, NextJS, etc.)
  • Familiarity with unit and integration testing
  • Solid understanding of styling and applying design to web pages using HTML5, CSS3/4
  • Experience with CMSs (preferably WordPress, Hubspot)
  • Experience with Git and agile development methodologies
  • Experience with Google Analytics, GTM, and SEO standards
  • Experience with databases (e.g. MySQL, PostgreSQL)
  • Strong skills in communication, teamwork, and organization.
  • Love for coding polished interactive experiences that delight users and showing attention to detail in UX
  • Bonus: Experience with web accessibility
