PMC Specialist I&C Engineer
Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
The Role
- Provide technical expertise in all Instrumentation design
- Ensure design and engineering compliance with relevant codes and ADNOC standards
- Coordinate, Monitor and handle Instrumentation design and engineering with EPC Contractor as per project expectation and complete the same within the time frame
- Work with other discipline engineers within IPMT, EPC Contractor, ADNOC Engineering / Operation / Site Interface to resolve technical issues and ensure quality Discipline Engineering execution and integrity etc.
- Perform regular and timely technical reviews of Instrumentation Engineering deliverables developed by engineering consultants/contractors, ensuring design quality in compliance with relevant codes, standards, and best practices.

Job Objective
- Provide specialist instrumentation and control engineering guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Review and approve contractor engineering deliverables, ensuring compliance with project specifications, codes, and international standards.
- Ensure the integrity, reliability, safety, and operability of process control, shutdown, monitoring, and field instrumentation systems.
- Support the development and implementation of control philosophies, instrument specifications, cause-and-effect charts, and functional design requirements.
- Monitor engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities to ensure alignment with project objectives and schedules.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, vendors, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve technical issues and mitigate project risks.
