Are you a fit?

We are seeking a Visual Designer (Production Design) to support global marketing initiatives by creating brand-aligned visual assets across digital and print formats. This role requires strong production design skills, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver high-quality assets within structured design systems and tight timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Visual Asset Production: Design and produce digital and print content including ads, email graphics, social media assets, presentations, and collateral.
• Brand Consistency: Apply brand guidelines and design systems to ensure compliance and accessibility.
• Production-Ready Deliverables: Deliver assets based on templates with minimal creative input, incorporating feedback from senior designers and marketing leads.
• Collaboration: Work closely with creative leads and offshore teams to manage high-volume deliverables.

 

Must-have Skills

• 5–6 years of experience in visual or graphic design in production environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
• English level: B2 Advanced or C1.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Familiarity with digital, print, and editorial formats.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow templates and style guides.
• Basic understanding of accessibility and inclusive design principles.
• Ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities in fast-paced environments.

 

Nice-to-have

• AI Tooling Proficiency: Ability to leverage AI tools for drafting, analysis, research, or process automation, and recommend effective AI use in workflows.
• Experience with content management platforms (e.g., AEM).
• Familiarity with collaborative design platforms such as Figma.
• Experience in regulated industries (financial, pharma, legal).
• Understanding of marketing workflows and review cycles.
