We are seeking a Senior Project Manager, Marketing Operations & Multimedia Delivery to lead the operational delivery of multimedia marketing initiatives for a major enterprise client. This role requires strong project management expertise, operational leadership, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams across creative, production, post-production, and agency partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Delivery Leadership: Own the end-to-end lifecycle of multimedia projects, ensuring milestones and timelines remain on track.

• Workflow Optimization: Redesign intake processes, improve efficiency, and standardize governance and documentation.

• Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the central point of collaboration between creative services, production, agencies, vendors, and business owners.

• Capacity & Resource Management: Monitor team capacity, track resource utilization, and forecast demand.

• Operational Excellence: Implement scalable frameworks, delivery playbooks, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Performance Analytics: Define and track KPIs such as throughput, production volumes, SLA performance, and efficiency metrics.

• Quality Oversight: Ensure deliverables meet briefs, stakeholder expectations, and compliance standards.

Must-have Skills

• 7+ years of experience in project or program management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

• English level: B2 Advanced or C1.

• Proven success managing complex creative, marketing, or multimedia production programs.

• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.

• Experience with enterprise workflow platforms (Workfront, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar).

• Analytical mindset with experience building operational dashboards and KPIs.

• Ability to thrive in fast-paced enterprise environments.

Nice-to-have

• AI Tooling Proficiency: Ability to leverage AI tools for drafting, analysis, research, or process automation, and recommend effective AI use in workflows.

• Experience in marketing operations, creative services, multimedia production, or agency operations.

• Familiarity with business intelligence reporting and process improvement methodologies.

• Knowledge of Lean or Agile delivery practices.
