Your Day-to-Day
As a Software Engineer at Wizeline, you will advocate for the use of cutting-edge technology to build intelligent and scalable products. You will act as a technology partner for our clients from inception to completion while architecting reusable front-end systems. By understanding their needs and translating requirements into world-class design, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality applications.
Partner with multidisciplinary teams located across the world (Technical Writing, User Experience, Product Management, and Project Management) to solve challenging problems. As a relationship builder with direct communication with stakeholders, you will also drive internal initiatives and objectives.
You will work on projects that will allow you to develop your skills and gain exposure to multinational brands. We promote fun and continuous learning and we are proud of working with the brightest minds in the industry.

Must-have Skills
To be successful in this role, you need:
- Client Management experience.
- Hands-on working experience developing secure, scalable enterprise applications.
- Passion and experience building web-based technology products or applications.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Solid experience of design, development, and deployment of application software using Java
- 1 or more years of experience in Python
- Experience with Git, Jenkins
- Experience writing unit, functional, performance, soak and stress tests and experience writing unit tests using NUnit, Mocha
- Experience in Continuous Integration & Delivery of applications is a bonus ● Experience with implementing and deploying applications in cloud-based environment is a bonus
- Experience working with Docker or other container technologies.
- Experience in Linux environment and shell scripting.
- Write efficient code based on feature specifications.
- Good verbal & written skills to interact with peers and stakeholders
Nice-to-have Skills
Some nice-to-have qualities that will further help you are:
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases such as DynamoDB, and Aurora offerings of AWS.
- Experience with ElasticSearch, Lucene/Solr or MarkLogic technologies
- Experience in logging, monitoring & alerting of applications
- Experience in Node JS
