Must-have Skills

• 8+ years of experience in backend development.
• Strong proficiency in Golang and experience with Python.
• Solid understanding of SQL and experience working with PostgreSQL and MySQL.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and AWS for cloud-based deployments.
• Familiarity with Datadog for monitoring and observability.
• Experience building scalable and high-performance distributed systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile environment.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Knowledge of microservices architecture and event-driven design.
• Experience with Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with caching mechanisms such as Redis.
• Previous experience mentoring junior developers.
