Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design of end-to-end digital experiences across platforms that elevate customer engagement and support business goals.
  • Apply a human-centered design approach to frame problems, co-create solutions, and build value across digital touchpoints.
  • Craft UX deliverables, including site maps, user flows, experience maps, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
  • Translate user insights and behavioral data into design strategy, ensuring all work aligns with business objectives and KPIs.
  • Conduct comparative and competitive analyses, stakeholder interviews, and research to inform design and innovation opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with content, engineering, delivery, legal, and compliance teams to deliver accessible, ADA-compliant designs.
  • Leverage strong visual and interaction design skills using tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud to communicate and iterate quickly.
  • Actively contribute to team critiques, workshops, and the evolution of the design system and best practices—including AI-enabled UX.

Must-have Skills

  • 5+ years of experience designing user-centered digital products and experiences.
  • Proven ability to balance creativity with strategic thinking, business acumen, and attention to detail.
  • Strong skills in prototyping, wireframing, and storytelling to communicate design rationale and vision.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, bringing a proactive and curious mindset to every challenge.
  • Demonstrated success in working across diverse teams and with regulatory/compliance stakeholders in a financial context.
  • Enthusiasm for continuously improving team process and design outcomes in a collaborative, high-performing environment

Nice-to-have:

  • AI Tooling Proficiency: Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work, including drafting, analysis, research, or process automation. Provide recommendations on effective AI use and identify opportunities to streamline workflows.
