What You Will Bring to the Team
The software QA engineer is the lifeblood of our team, enabling us to build the right thing and build the thing right. From planning to delivering high quality and successful products, you will be responsible for maintaining a user-focused testing atmosphere for applications that will be used by millions daily. With your breadth of expertise, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to maintain good practices and identify new opportunities for improvement since the very beginning of a project. You will work on projects that will allow you to develop your skills and gain exposure to multinational brands.
Your Day-to-Day Activities
- Define quality strategy, quality processes and the best practices in agile environments.
- Ideate, implement, maintain and reinforce high-quality standards that allow the application to be reusable and scalable.
- Work closely with multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholders to improve user acceptance testing.
- Defect management in agile environments.
- Keep the documentation up to date.
- Create and run a functional test (smoke, end to end, exploratory, etc).
- Set test criteria and business requirement analysis.
- Risk analysis.
- Encourage the use of best practices among the company.
Are You a Fit?
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Open to learning automation testing tools.
- Experience validating Web applications.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Self-driven and proactive.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
- Ability to quickly learn new tools and adapt to new technologies.
- Solid understanding of AGILE methodologies and practices.
- Solid understanding of QA methodologies, including planning and strategy design.
- Creativity, ownership, and adaptability.
- The ability to predict common user workflows in order to design effective tests.

- API Testing with tools such as Postman, Insomnia.
- Ready to take challenges.
- Mentorship skills.
- ISTQB Certifications.
