Job Description

Join our Mobile Guild as a Team Lead and bring your expertise in mobile development to guide our team in delivering top-tier mobile applications. Your leadership will drive innovation and maintain our competitive edge in the industry. In this role, you will:

• Oversee the design, development, and implementation of mobile applications

• Collaborate with teams to develop a comprehensive mobile design system and components library

• Ensure mobile application quality and performance meet company standards

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members

• Contribute to the development of our open-source library for the React Native community

• Keep ahead of industry trends and technologies to ensure our mobile solutions are competitive

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in the tech industry, with a focus on front/mobile development

• Strong understanding of mobile application development, including React Native

• Proficiency in English

• Excellent leadership and team management skills

• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including designers and product managers

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Passion for UX and design – a bonus
