Job Description

• Manage a team working on one of Wix's core products, the Editor

• Lead complex projects and tackle tough problems, finding creative ways to solve them

• Work on cutting-edge technologies that make a powerful impact on over 200 million users

• Write high-quality, functional JavaScript, and work with Git, Node.js, React, Redux and ES6+

• Manage and complete tasks using TDD, continuous integration and modern development processes

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a frontend developer working on large-scale client-side development

• Expert in the latest JavaScript technologies (React, Angular, Vue, etc.), tools (Babel, Webpack, Rollup, Parcel) and languages (Typescript, ES6+)

• Curious learner who loves sharing knowledge and best practices, and can work both independently and in a team

• Proven track record of successfully overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, from beginning to end

• Experience in managing, mentoring and developing junior and senior frontend developers to enhance their skills and productivity

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including backend developers, UX/UI designers and product managers, to ensure seamless project execution

• Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts
