Role Overview:
We’re seeking an experienced Solutions Architect who thrives on solving complex technical problems and ensuring systems perform at scale. As a Solutions Architect at Viven, you will work directly with customers to design and troubleshoot solutions, ensure systems remain reliable and high-performing, as well as provide technical support for advanced issues.
This is a highly collaborative position that bridges customers, engineering, and product teams. This Solutions Architect will pllay a key role in ensuring our customers are successful, not just with implementation, but throughout their ongoing use of Viven’s technology..
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with customers to design and implement solutions using Viven’s platform.
- Act as Tier 2 / Tier 3 technical support, helping troubleshoot issues escalated beyond customer teams.
- Investigate and resolve complex technical challenges across system integrations, APIs, and infrastructure.
- Collaborate with engineering to escalate critical issues and provide structured feedback for improvements.
- Document and share best practices, solution patterns, and technical guides with customers and internal teams.
- Work closely with customer success and product teams to translate technical feedback into actionable insights.
- Proactively monitor system performance and ensure high availability, scalability, and security for customer deployments.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in a Solutions Architect, Technical Consultant, or similar customer-facing engineering role.
- Strong technical foundation in APIs, distributed systems, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Hands-on experience with at least one programming language - Python (strongly preferred), Java, Go.
- Proven ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex system issues.
- Experience working directly with enterprise customers on technical integrations.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both engineers and non-technical stakeholders.
- Comfort working in an early-stage startup or 0→1 environment where processes are still being defined.
