The responsibilities of a Software Developer (Live) will primarily revolve around coding and implementing software solutions, problem-solving, collaboration, technical expertise, software maintenance and improvement, documentation, and communication, keeping up with technology, and mentoring juniors. You are expected to have a solid understanding of software development principles, programming languages, frameworks, and tools, and to develop high-quality software solutions that meet performance, scalability, and security requirements whilst driving continuous learning to enhance these skills. You will be required to work scheduled standby and assist with P1 outages.
