Are you a seasoned software engineer looking to make a significant impact in the field of revenue intelligence? Join WINN.AI, a rapidly growing startup backed by leading VCs, as we pioneer the future with our real-time AI assistant.Design and develop robust, scalable, and secure backend services and APIs using TypeScript and MongoDB. You will be responsible for the full software development lifecycle, from initial design to deployment and maintenance.

We’re looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Backend-leaning) who will play a key role in scaling and evolving our platform with a strong focus on backend performance, reliability, and rapid execution, while also bringing a creative mindset and leveraging AI to drive innovation, optimize processes, and elevate how our team works.

Requirements

Must Have

• 7+ years of backend engineering experience building production systems (microservices, APIs, security, and modern frameworks)
• Strong Node.js + TypeScript experience in real-world production environments
• Hands-on MongoDB experience (schema design, performance tuning, indexing, aggregation, data modeling)
• React experience for building and maintaining user-facing features (not just backend-only)
• Proven experience designing and implementing low-latency, highly available, and scalable services
• Experience shipping production-grade AI features using LLMs, with a solid understanding of prompting, structured generation, evaluation, observability, and failure handling

Huge Advantage

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from a prestigious university

Skills

• Seamlessly integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic to deliver a polished end-to-end experience
• Design and implement low-latency, high-availability, highly scalable applications to meet the demands of a growing user base
• Integrate multiple third-party systems and data sources to enhance the functionality and intelligence of our platform
• Own features end-to-end: design, implement, test, deploy, monitor, and iterate
