Internship – JavaScript
At Wingify, you’ll work on high-impact JavaScript libraries that power experiences for millions of users globally. These libraries form the backbone of VWO’s core features, making performance, scalability, and reliability absolutely critical.
If you love writing clean vanilla JavaScript, obsess over web performance, and enjoy solving real-world frontend challenges—this role is for you.
What You’ll Work On
- Build and enhance core JavaScript libraries used across customer websites
- Write reusable, modular code that scales across multiple products
- Contribute to the development of client-side libraries written in TypeScript that run inside web browsers.
- Work with browser APIs and DOM manipulation to support experimentation and personalization features.
- Assist in debugging and improving performance and cross-browser compatibility of client-side scripts.
- Develop high-performance frontend solutions with a strong focus on speed and efficiency
- Contribute to user-facing features that directly impact end users
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility
- Write and maintain automation tests to ensure code quality
- Debug complex issues across environments and browsers

What We’re Looking For
- 0–1 year of experience (freshers welcome)
- Strong fundamentals in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Familiarity with JavaScript / TypeScript fundamentals.
- Basic understanding of HTML, DOM, and browser developer tools.
- Interest in learning about browser internals, web performance, and client-side execution environments.
- Passion for vanilla JavaScript and frontend engineering
- Understanding of modular code design and reusable components
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
- Awareness of browser differences and compatibility challenges
- Interest in performance optimization and fast-loading web experiences
- Passion for writing clean, testable code with automation
- Curiosity to stay updated with the evolving frontend ecosystem
