Define enterprise-wide data models and product taxonomy. Engineer custom Stibo JavaScript business rules, state transitions, and approval workflows.

· Data Governance & Modeling: Establish a single source of truth by aggregating, standardizing, and synchronizing product data (attributes, hierarchies, taxonomy).

· Workflow Automation: Configure automated business rules and change-management workflows to review, approve, and enrich item data before it hits customer touchpoints.

· Data Synchronization: Map and build data integration pipelines between RMS, PIM, ERP, and e-commerce systems to enable omnichannel journeys.

· Lifecycle Management: Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from vendor onboarding and purchase orders to pricing, inventory allocation, and fulfillment.

· Agentic AI Development: Use production-grade Agentic AI frameworks to automate complex retail tasks.

· Stibo STEP Experience: 8+ years of direct configuration and architecture experience within Stibo STEP PIM (workflows, portal development, endpoint integrations).

· Oracle Retail Experience: Deep technical exposure to Oracle RMS/RMFCS database schemas, including advanced capability writing/reviewing complex operational PL/SQL queries and performance-tuning Oracle databases.

· Agentic AI Proficiency: Demonstrated experience in developing autonomous AI agents. Practical experience with prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.

· Delivery & Agility: Proven capability to prioritize deliverables, architect reusable systems, and collaborate with Product Management teams in a fast-paced Agile environment (Jira/Git).
