Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, modify, and maintain custom Workday reports and calculated fields to support business reporting needs.
  • Support the development and automation of recurring reporting and data-management processes.
  • Assist with data extraction, transformation, validation, and delivery activities across People systems.
  • Help improve and streamline workflows using automation and AI-enabled tools where appropriate.
  • Troubleshoot data, reporting, and integration issues in partnership with HR Technology and integration teams.
  • Maintain documentation for reports, integrations, and recurring processes.
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and support ongoing analytics initiatives.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of workforce data across systems and reporting outputs.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in HR technology, people analytics, reporting, data integrations, business systems, or a related technical field.
  • Hands-on experience with Workday, including custom reports, calculated fields, reporting structures, or data management activities.
  • Working proficiency in SQL, including joins, filtering, and basic data transformations.
  • Experience using scripting or automation tools such as Python or R language, Power Automate, VS Code, or related technologies.
  • Experience supporting data integrations or moving data between enterprise systems.
  • Experience automating recurring processes, reports, or workflows.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with distributed teams across multiple time zones.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Workday integrations and/or Workday APIs.
  • Experience with Crunchr or other people analytics platforms such as Visier, Culture Amp, Glint, or similar solutions.
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled tools such as Claude, Copilot Studio, or similar productivity platforms.
