About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain tracking solutions using Google Tag Manager (GTM).
• Perform tag audits, troubleshoot DataLayer issues and conduct tracking QA.
• Configure and manage GA4 events, conversions, audiences and reporting structures.
• Write and maintain SQL queries to extract, clean and analyse data.
• Use Python for data wrangling, automation and supporting data pipeline activities.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Looker Studio / Data Studio.
• Support data storage and querying using Google Cloud Platform (GCP), particularly BigQuery.
• Work with APIs to extract data from advertising platforms and third-party sources.
• Perform data-quality and tracking checks to ensure accuracy and integrity.
• Support report automation and identify opportunities to reduce manual processes.
• Work with Data, Technology and Account teams to understand reporting requirements.
• Document tagging structures, processes and data flows.

Required Skills

• Hands-on knowledge of SQL.
• Working knowledge of Python, preferably Pandas/data-wrangling experience.
• Hands-on exposure to Google Tag Manager (GTM).
• Good understanding of GA4, event tracking and conversions.
• Experience with Looker Studio / Google Data Studio.
• Understanding of web analytics and tracking concepts.
• Comfortable working with APIs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good attention to detail and data-quality mindset.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.
