Product Management Director

About the role

This role owns the space management and Soft FM services suite, primarily serving the UK healthcare market. The person in this role will manage a team of four Product Managers and drive the strategic consolidation of organically built and acquired products into a single ecosystem. Work requires close partnership with Sales to unblock revenue and ensure roadmaps directly support commercial growth.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy for the space management and Soft FM product suite (cleaning, catering, portering, operational services)

• Manage and develop a team of four Product Managers, including coaching, performance evaluation, and career development

• Lead product consolidation following M&A activity, integrating acquired products into the core platform

• Structure discovery processes to ensure PM roadmaps directly support Sales and revenue growth

• Drive strategic alignment across a multi-product portfolio in a private equity-backed, aggressive M&A growth environment

• Partner closely with Sales to unblock revenue and align product priorities with commercial objectives

• Operate in a hybrid setup with 3 days per week in Krakow or Warsaw office and travel to London as needed

Requirements

• Experience as a Director of Product, Head of Product, or Group Product Manager in a B2B SaaS company

• Proven track record of directly managing and developing a team of Product Managers (not just engineers or projects)

• Experience leading product strategy for a multi-product portfolio or consolidating products post-acquisition

• Based in or willing to commute to Krakow or Warsaw for a hybrid schedule (3 days per week in office)

• B2B SaaS product background (not purely B2C)

• Comfortable partnering closely with Sales and operating in a commercial, revenue-focused capacity

• Experience working in a private equity-backed or aggressive M&A growth environment
