Web Analytics Infrastructure & Compliance Architect

The team you will be a part of

The Data Science team is responsible for modeling complex business problems, discovering business insights and identifying opportunities through the use of statistical, algorithmic, mining and visualization techniques. In addition to advanced analytics skills, this role is also proficient at integrating and preparing large, varied datasets, architecting specialized database and computing environments, and communicating result. North America (NAR) Analytics and Experimentation Team - supporting NAR E-Commerce group (site development, merchandising, branding, growth marketing/media, and post-purchase operations)

This role in summary

In this role, you’ll build on a strong operational web analytics and compliance program and take it to the next level. This includes better awareness, documentation, organization, and standardization.

Your responsibilities will include

• Oversee contract team performing web analytics infrastructure, tagging, and data layer specifications
• Run Cookie Compliance Program, Scans using ObservePoint, Coordination with Corporate Privacy team
• Administer Adobe Analytics and Launch (Tags) instance including access management
• Develop and maintain Adobe Launch/Analytics Tagging and Data Layer priorities, requirements, roadmap, architecture, and documentation of our web infrastructure
• Administer and expand group’s use of ContentSquare digital experience analytics system
• Use agile/scrum methodology to plan and execute work as well as increase velocity over time

Minimum requirements

• English fluency
• Web analytics (Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics) expertise (Adobe preferred)
• Web Site Tagging (Google Tag Manager or Adobe Launch/Tags) familiarity including JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Strong ability to lead a web analytics program, external agency technical team, and stakeholders
• Ability to diagnose/resolve issues in data collection, tagging, and analytics setup using debugging tools
• Understanding business requirements and translating them into analytics specifications
