This role in summary

Whirlpool is looking for a Scrum Master with Authoring Skills that will be part of a new internal team to create Direct to Consumer (D2C) promotional campaigns.

This role is onsite at our WoW Studios Chicago office or Riverview Campus in Benton Harbor.

This candidate will work closely with the Product Owner, designers, authors, and merchandisers to build the site content for these always-on campaigns. This candidate will understand Scrum, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) authoring, UI/ UX practices, and have a good understanding of Search Engine Optimization and content governance. This candidate will have a passion for process and have a continuous improvement mindset. 

Your responsibilities will include

The successful candidate will provide leadership in the following areas: 

• Agile Facilitation: Lead Scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) ensuring Product Owner alignment.

• AEM Blocker Resolution: Primary technical escalation point to diagnose & remove AEM platform impediments.

• Technical Discovery: Lead discovery phases, align stakeholders, architect solutions, drive Continuous Improvement.

• Jira Management: Maintain & optimize Jira workflows for seamless sprint execution.

• Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with design, development, and Conversion teams.

• Hands-On Execution: Create & manage AEM content, as needed to provide peer support.

Minimum requirements

• Bachelor's Degree

• 2+ years of experience with content management systems and content scheduling tools

• 3+ years of experience authoring website content using Adobe Experience Manager components

• 3+ years of experience with Jira/Confluence

Preferred skills and experiences

• Technical Scrum Mastery: Proven experience acting as a Scrum Master for a technical, web, or digital marketing team

• Hands-on AEM Experience: Extensive background working directly within Adobe Experience Manager as an advanced author, administrator, or technical support specialist

• Stakeholder Management: Experience leading technical discovery and aligning diverse teams (developers, designers, POs, Conversion teams) on complex projects

• Workflow Optimization: Demonstrated history of improving team velocity and removing bottlenecks through Jira optimization and process mapping
  
  
  Compensation: $40,500- $81,000 + Annual Bonus
