What’s the role?

Ready to help shape the future of Business Lending? As a Service Owner, Product Change & Delivery, you'll lead initiatives that improve experiences for both customers and bankers while supporting key business priorities.

You'll own initiative roadmaps from concept to delivery, bringing together teams across the bank to deliver meaningful outcomes. Working in a fast paced and collaborative environment, you'll champion customer focused solutions, support strong governance and help ensure change is successfully embedded across the business.

This is a permanent full-time role with flexible hybrid working arrangements. You can be based in Sydney / Warrane, Gadigal Country, Melbourne / Naarm, Wurundjeri Country, Brisbane / Mian jin, Turrbal and Jagera Country or Adelaide / Tarndanya, Kaurna Country. 

What do I need?

• Experience leading strategic initiatives within complex organisations

• Ability to design and deliver customer focused solutions

• Strong understanding of risk, compliance and governance frameworks

• Experience managing delivery backlogs and collaborating across teams

• Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and influencing skills
