  • Design, build, and maintain reporting, dashboards, data visualizations, and analytical products that drive informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate with Data Engineering teams to develop and enhance ETL/ELT processes, data pipelines, and scalable data structures.
  • Identify and resolve complex data quality issues while contributing to standards and best practices that improve enterprise data integrity.
  • Lead and manage analytics projects from discovery through implementation, communicating progress, risks, dependencies, and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Present insights through compelling data storytelling that enables leaders to take deliberate, informed action.

What You'll Bring

  • Strong experience creating dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or similar business intelligence tools.
  • Experience translating technical concepts and analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for business audiences and senior leaders.
  • Experience leading projects or workstreams from planning through delivery while managing multiple priorities and stakeholder expectations.
