Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Be responsible for NAND and its system’s test solution design, assessment, development and maintenance, including hardware R/D, software development, embedded system development and data analysis.
•Be responsible for automatic test equipment validation, qualification, production environment setup, production maintenance and performance enhancement.
•Participate in new technology and product design and development. Be responsible for R&D test activities from pre-silicon to post-silicon and from wafer level to system level, including Design Validation, Engineering Evaluation, Qualification Support, Failure Analysis and test coverage improvement.
•Collaborate across geographies and departments (PE, MH, Device, Packaging, Firmware/System and Design) to develop and maintenance R&D and mass production test codes to meet requirement of both high quality and short development cycle.
•Be responsible for engineering investigation, failure mode analysis and test resolution on design/process/packaging issues.
•Be responsible for test solution optimization to improve yield and reduce test time.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
•Electrical/Electronic/Computer/Material Engineering background with MS degree.
•Coding experience with one or some of C/C++/Java/Perl/Python.
•Basic knowledge on storage & flash
•Ability to troubleshoot, analyze complex problems, multi-task and meet deadlines.
•Excellent English communication (written and verbal).
•Good teamwork, willingness to learn, logical thinking.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
