Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead the development and implementation of QMS/IMS initiatives across the organization.
  • Work with various function to design and optimize quality processes using advanced quality tools and techniques.
  • Initiate, Develop, and implement digital quality management tools with technical team to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at various levels within local and the global Operations.
  • Provide expert guidance on quality matters to senior management and operational teams.
  • Manage and facilitate and conduct internal audits and oversee external audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and foster a culture of quality throughout the organization.
  • Develop and deliver training programs on quality management principles and practices.
  • Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Guide and mentor departmental representative of QMS/IMS.

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in quality management roles, with at least 3-5 years in a senior or lead position
  • Extensive experience with QMS/ISO 9001 implementation and maintenance
  • Proven track record in applying quality tools and techniques in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in developing and implementing digital quality management solutions and AI for quality is advantage.

  • Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams across multiple levels and cross cultures.
  • High level of self-motivation and ability to work independently.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills
  • Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
  • Certifications (advantageous)
    • Any continuous improvement tools and techniques such as LEAN, Six Sigma Black Belt, and so on.
    • ISO 9001 and others Lead Auditor

SKILLS:

  • In-depth knowledge of quality management principles, requirements, tools, and techniques
  • Strong understanding of ISO 9001 and other relevant quality/international standards
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis and data interpretation
  • Familiarity with integrated management systems (QMS, OHSMS, EMS, BCMS, RBA) (advantageous)
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong project management capabilities
  • Proficiency in quality management digital platforms and tools.
