Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Performs technical support activities related to operation with engineering approaches to achieve the organization's goal and to effectively respond to teach work requests in terms of productivity, quality, and cost
- Develops Mfg tools and equipment to improve product quality and cost
- Supervises technicians in responsibility to accomplish job in the most effective way
- Coordinates with other sections including overseas organizations concerning technical issues related to operation support
- Develops subordinate's performance with proper training and supervision
- Provides work guidance to other engineers
- Establishes appropriate performance reports and performs related work as assigned
- Releases, adds, and changes process instruction
- Performs manufacturing quality monitoring, improvement, and problem-solving
- Performs related work as assigned
- Coordinates with other sections including overseas organizations concerning technical issues related to the product
Qualifications
REQUIRED:
- Master's degree in Mechanical/ Mechatronic or experience in HDD factory as software designer/Electrical/Software/Robotics/Electronics/ Telecommunication and Computer Engineer
- Experience as a tool/machine design/software design, vision system, PLC program, C++
- Good skills in Solid works, capability, Tolerance Analysis GD&T
- Must be self-driven, detail-oriented, and have organizational and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel Advance, PowerPoint, etc
PREFERRED:
- Experience with tool/machine design and able for developing
- High attention to detail and reliable
SKILLS:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrate a positive attitude
- Able to prioritize multiple tasks, and work effectively in complexity environment
- Excellent in teamwork
