Job Description

  • Assist Chief of Staff in driving key strategic initiatives for the site and managing key stakeholder expectations.
  • Project manage the Flash Backend Operations sustainability initiatives with liaison with multiple stakeholders and participate in continual improvement activities.
  • Participate in strategic planning activities and ensure key improvement projects are deployed and tracked.
  • Project manage the 10X thinking projects to ensure projects are progressing per plan and benefits gained.
  • Identify and project manage key operational related projects for the business.
  • Work with key stakeholders to ensure site level Playbook initiatives are implemented and tracked.
  • Prepare management reports and presentation materials.
  • Project manages and ensures site readiness for special management / executive leadership team visits.
  • Represents Chief of Staff in critical meetings as needed.
  • Provides insights on business best practices and industrial trends for adoption.
  • Assist Chief of Staff in other essential tasks and duties.

Qualifications

  • Degree holder with 5 to 7 years’ experience in project management or manufacturing, process, planning.
  • A good communicator and able to work well with all levels in the organization.
