Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Implement a comprehensive communication and branding plan to engage internal and external stakeholders for the Flash Backend Operations (FBE).
- Support to manage and enhance the FBE organization's brand image and reputation through creative messaging and effective campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels, including digital, print, and social media.
- Support the management of the multimedia communications for the FBE organization.
- Manage and maintain the webpage by developing new and relevant content.
- Support in the engagement strategy to ensure FBE employees stay engaged in creating a Great Place to Work (GPTW).
- Curate specific engagement activities to elevate FBE employee experience
- Deploy GPTW elements to increase engagement at FBE level.
- Develop and deploy key business analytics to measure effectiveness of communications.
Qualifications
REQUIRED:
- 3 to 5 years working experience in a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Mass Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Proven experience in leading communications and branding.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
