Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support - Consolidate/Report New Product requirement (provide by Product PM); Layout the effective THO BE build timeline, communication and working with THO BE team. Expedite to meet management road map (time to market), from NPI to LVM/HVM.
• Schedule - PDR Phase review meeting for New Product; Follow per Quality Assurance criteria review (PLC - Product Life Cycle) identification in Head Operations BE PDR Work Instructions 
• Support Consolidate/Report THO Project (New Product & Sustaining Product); Summary to Product PM for review with HDD, identify qualification phase and requirement. Layout the effective THO BE build timeline, communication and working with THO BE team. Control and expedite shipment to meet per commit (and get benefit - since improvement feasibility).
• Estimate Materials (Wfs, Sups., Media & MEM) requirement for allocation/order on time.
• Work with Team (IE/Manufacturing /PC) on NPI & HVM Evals Capacity, Manning review, preparation, support, allocation, etc. to meet Overall NPI product and HVM Eval Qualification Requirements.
• Budget Summary and control of NPI & HVM Evals to meet each QTR projection.
• Follow up PO, shipment per plan and shipment details provide to HDD/Requester.
• Conduct Daily Meetings as the stage for production & engineering input update, raise the issue and brainstorming to find out team solution.
• Employees have a duty to cooperate with employers/manager/supervisor in implementing and promoting environmental occupational health and safety and work aligned with WDTH regulations.
• To check working conditions of machinery, tools, and equipment to be in safe condition before starting daily work.
• To report the accidents, illness, or annoyance, environmental incident that caused by working and/or good catch (near miss report) to supervisor, manager, and report it to the safety officers.
• The employee has the duty to report damage in working conditions to supervisor or executive.
• Support and participate the EHS activity e.g. waste segregation, energy saving, good catch reporting, etc.

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Strong technical skills in area of study
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply 

SKILLS:

• Good command of spoken and written English
• Computer literacy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as PowerPoints, Excel, and Word
