Agile Leaders & Project Managers - Automotive

WeQuel is looking for Agile Leaders & Project Managers

We are currently seeking consultants with a solid foundation in agile delivery or project management for assignments within the automotive industry in Sweden.

You will operate in structured, cross-functional environments where your ability to facilitate, coordinate, and drive progress contributes directly to delivery outcomes. We welcome candidates with experience from agile or project-oriented roles within automotive – whether your background lies in software development, systems engineering, or IT within a manufacturing context.

We are looking for candidates with experience in one or more of the following:

• 3–10 years of experience in agile delivery or project management within the automotive industry

• Facilitating agile ceremonies and supporting team delivery as a Scrum Master or Agile Flow Leader

• Coordinating project activities, milestone follow-up, and dependency management

• Coaching teams on agile principles and ways of working in technical environments

• Working in cross-functional environments where IT and engineering intersect

• Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps

Meritorious:

• Certification within Agile or project management, e.g. PSM, SAFe, or PMP

• Experience from embedded software, vehicle systems, or IT within a manufacturing environment

• Familiarity with SAFe or other scaled agile frameworks

Location: Stockholm or Gothenburg
Language requirements: Fluent English required, Swedish is a merit
