WHAT TO EXPECT

• Business Processes: You analyse processes within the company to identify opportunities and problems that you aim to solve by leveraging data.
• Data Collection: We use many different tools and services in our day-to-day business. You are responsible for discovering and collecting missing data together with our data engineers.
• Data Modeling: To make this data usable you will restructure and simplify the data using SQL.
• Data Analytics & Exploration: You will create ad hoc data reports, interactive dashboards and in-depth analyses and make them usable by stakeholders with our BI tools.
• Decisions-Making: You will use these insights and your understanding of the data to support management with decision making and optimisation of business processes.

INSPIRE US BY

• Background: You have 4+ years experience in business, data analytics or a related field, ideally in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Skill Set: You have a deep understanding of SQL and data modeling, know how to work with relational databases and are an expert in BI Tools like Metabase, Power BI or Tableau.
• Analytical Mindset: You are detail-oriented and because of your analytical mindset, you like to dive deep into data sets and use your insights profitably.
• Business Understanding: You have a deep understanding of business processes and are able identify opportunities and solve business problems by using data.
• Communication: You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills in english which enables you to convey findings, manage expectations and make recommendations to non-technical stakeholders.
