Card Systems and Analytics specializes in providing solutions such as My Wells Fargo Deals, pre-paid cards, debit card research, compliance, and reporting tools, and token validation to our business partners.
The Card Systems and Analytics Team uses C#, WebAPI, Angular, and SQL Server (Database and Reporting Services) to provide mission-critical functionality for our customers.
Card Systems and Analytics Team is looking for a highly motivated individual to lead in application development efforts and provides third-level production support for our applications.
The candidate will work as part of the engineering team within Consumer Technology in the design, development and implementation of cloud solutions. This is a hands-on senior developer role with strong development skills and ability to work with existing code and modernize to the cloud (Azure/PCF).
This position will join a team of software developers to support the modernization efforts for critical projects and business processes supporting Card Systems & Analytics lines of business. We are seeking a software engineer that is passionate about green-field cloud-first solutions, test automation to reduce manual error and to gain efficiencies in testing cycles.
In this role, you will:
- Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments
- Contribute to large scale planning of strategies
- Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments
- Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures
- Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals
- Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 3+ year of experience with hands-on .Net Core development
- 4+ years of experience with Azure
- 2+ years of experience with WebAPI development
Desired Qualifications:
- 1+ year of experience with Kafta
- 1+ years of experience with Mongo DB
- Experience with front-end development using Angular
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
