Wells Fargo Bank N.A. seeks a Senior Software Engineer in Charlotte, NC.
Job Role and Responsibility: Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments; Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures; Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments; Contribute to large scale planning of strategies; Resolve moderately complex issues and collaborate with a team to meet existing client needs or new client needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements; Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals; Telecommuting is permitted up to 2 days a week. Position must appear in person to the location listed as the work address.

Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related technical field. Position requires 5 years of experience in the job offered, as a Systems Analyst, Program Analyst, Application Developer, or in a related position involving software engineering experience.
Specific skills required:
- 5 years of information technology systems design and planning experience; in data, systems, applications, or architecture
- 5 years of experience writing relational database queries for stored procedures, query optimization and performance tuning
- 5 years of technical design experience
- 3 years of experience with Waterfall and Agile project methodologies
- 2 years of experience with collections in the financial industry
- 2 years of experience with PLSQL and Unix
- 1 year of Autosys experience
- 1 year of MongoDB experience
- Cloud services such as AWS or Azure, Java, JSON, Maven, Oracle, SVN, UNIX experience
- Microservices, REST, Apache Kafka, GIT, Jenkins, SOAP, and REST web services experience
- Spring Framework, Apache Tomcat, J2EE, Software Development, SQL experience
