Senior Process Engineer

In this role you will:

• Develop and lead redesign initiatives that encompass analyses and future state redesigns
• Manage assigned complex initiatives involving multiple business process segments to identify risks
• Complete and lead integrated process analyses, identifying procedural and control deficiencies, opportunities, and recommending solutions
• Consult with team to understand, influence, adapt research, and create alternatives for consideration, drive results, and bring issues to resolution
• Make decisions and resolve issues to meet business objectives
• Interpret policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
• Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
• Interact with internal customers
• Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of Process Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• 4+ years of Agile experience in writing user stories and leading refinement with a Scrum team
• Foundational understanding of process, risk and control concepts.
• Proven knowledge about application delivery and implementations within a financial organization.
• Product management or strategic planning experience in the financial industry related to platform onboarding and maintenance.
• Demonstrated experience identifying issues and partnering with peers in technology to identify and implement strategic solutions in alignment with leadership priorities
• Experience working with Jira, Jira Align, and Visio (or similar process flow system)
• Experience working in a flexible work environment to support key team members and partners various time zones and locations.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

• Culture of pro-active ownership to drive work streams independently, on-time, and with consistent quality.
• Knowledge and understanding of compiling and preparing executive summaries, whitepaper, and presentations for management/senior leaders.
• Write and Execute test scripts and document results.
• Update process flows from recordings or requirements.
• Facilitate Backlog Refinement and create delivery roadmaps.
• Back up PO in any Agile Ceremony
• Gather and condition test data for both Development and UAT
• Create User Guide and / or other LOB reference materials.
• Be responsible to do a feature build, upgrades, platform vulnerabilities and any product enhancements
• Work with leaders, stakeholders, SMEs, scrum masters, project managers, product owners and delivery team to ensure success against stated customer business value. 
• Review requirements and build the test scenarios/test scripts independently.
• Work with business teams and perform testing, help with test coordination, defect reporting etc.
• Lead backlog prioritization of upgrades or product enhancements
• Adjust planning in situations that may include financial, control, or process roadblocks. 
• Inspect pre-release progress, recommends changes, and ensures timelines are met. 
• Ensure cross-functional dependencies are articulated, managed, and addressed by all constituents.
• Enhance/monitor key performance indicators and identifies improvement opportunities while ensuring all regulatory and compliance needs are met
