Wells Fargo India & Philippines is primarily an extension of the technology, operations, and corporate support teams of Wells Fargo. It engages in application development and support, testing, other technology functions, international operations, knowledge support, and middle and back-end banking process solutions for a wide spectrum of Wells Fargo’s needs. It currently has offices in Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, and Manila.

In this role, you will:
Participate in initiatives and identify opportunities for technology operations
Evaluate basic or tactical challenges that require research and evaluation
Provide centralized command and control for major incident management, ensuring teams focus first on restoring business services
Review, analyze and escalate issues from key metric analysis, event monitors, reported service deviations, and documented changes
Develop knowledge business cycles and capabilities to assess the impact of technology events on the business and other support areas
Reduce the impact of application and infrastructure failures on business delivery
Engage various teams of trouble-shooters to assess system health and issues
Present recommendations for resolving more complex situations
Provide information to functional colleagues, internal partners and stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of Technology Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Candidate must be a graduate of a bachelor’s degree or higher.
Candidate must have a minimum of 2 years relevant experience of technology operations in an SME capacity. Supervisory experience is an advantage.
Candidate must have solid working experience in Windows 11 Platform, VDI, VMWare, Citrix, CloudPC, Office 365, Global Protect, basics on Network Architecture, Network Structured Cabling and Service Now
Candidate must have experience on IT Service Management.
Must possess Azure, Office 365, ITIL experience; other certifications will be a plus.
Must be skilled in planning, stakeholder management and communication.
Job Expectations:
Engineer with advance level of System administration skills encompassing physical and virtual platform.
Has a fair awareness on networks. Provides technical support associated with operating systems and applications.
Actively involved in the Incident Management and fair knowledge on problem management methodologies.
Will act as an escalation point for operating system support and troubleshooting, provides guidance and direction to L1 and L2 staff in resolution of escalated issues and/or complex production, application, or system problems.
Be part of internal projects in terms of execution, interacting with stakeholders and maintaining required documentation and handover.
Assures quality and compliance requirements are met as per the required standards defined by Wells Fargo International Solutions Private Limited.
Amenable to work 24 x7 on a rotating schedule and report onsite (Taguig)
