About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Product Management Senior Manager with the Currency Transaction Regulatory Reporting Group. Currency Transaction Regulatory Reporting Group (CTRRG) is responsible for timely and accurate filing of Currency Transaction Reports with FinCEN in accordance with Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) requirements.


In this role, you will:

  • Develop and oversee product model for Currency Transaction Reporting Regulatory Group.
  • Manage and develop teams of managers and individual contributors for leading product strategy.
  • Consult, develop, market, and manage performance analysis for CTRRG product.
  • Engage and influence stakeholders, internal partners and peers associated with the function or affected by its outcomes.
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for product enhancements and business requirements.
  • Determine appropriate strategy and actions of product management team to meet moderate to high risk deliverables.
  • Collaborate with and influence all levels of professionals, including senior managers.
  • Interpret and develop pricing policies and distribution strategies, which may include global considerations.
  • Collaborate and consult with product managers, analysts and multiple level managers.
  • Interact directly with vendors.
  • Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Product Management.
  • Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy.

Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
  • 3+ years of Management experience.


Required Qualifications for Europe, Middle East & Africa only:

  • Experience in Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
  • Management experience.


Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience with building out a product model in an agile environment.
  • Currency Transaction Reporting (CTR) experience.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Anti Money Laundering (AML) and Bank Secrecy Act (BSA).
  • Knowledge and understanding of operational risk management and Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA).
  • Prior experience working in a financial services banking capacity with a well-rounded understanding of various banking areas/functions including operational risk management.
  • Experience with Enterprise level process improvements, implementation, and change management.
  • Strong Exam, Audit, and testing support experience.
  • Strategic planning and development experience.
  • Strong leadership skills including coaching, training, and mentoring.
  • Ability to motivate staff to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment..
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with proven experience articulating issues, risks, and proposed solutions to executive levels of staff and management.
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities while meeting stringent deadlines.
  • Ability to articulate issues and risks, take decisive action, implement solutions, and influence change.
  • Ability to influence executive decision-making and successfully negotiate critical issue resolution related to program initiatives.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills.


Job Expectations:

  • In-Office 3 days and 2 days remote each week.
