Wells Fargo Bank N.A. seeks a Lead Technology Business Services Consultant in Chandler, AZ.

Job Role and Responsibility: Direct and monitor all activities for highly complex, high risk, strategic technology-based initiatives from initiation to delivery. All initiatives cross platforms, applications, and/or business lines. Work with business partners to develop technology concepts, requirements, design alternatives, schedules, and costs for new systems initiatives. Plan and direct highly complex program schedules and budget, monitoring status in comparison to cost/time projections. Provide consistent and comprehensive status reports, updates, and ongoing cost analyses, significant issue management/ resolution and communication, usually at the executive levels. Provide direction to all related technical initiative support staff while serving in the primary initiative leadership role. Telecommuting is permitted up to 2 days a week. Position must appear in person to the location listed as the work address.

Travel required:  20% travel (10% US and 10% International) required.

Required Qualifications: Position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Information technology, Engineering, or related technical field plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or in a related position involving Risk Management, Technology Resiliency, technical project management, technical support, or technical implementation. Alternatively, will accept a Master’s degree in Information technology, Engineering, or related technical field plus 3 years of experience in the job offered or in a related position involving Risk Management, Technology Resiliency, technical project management, technical support, or technical implementation.

Specific skills required:

•              3 years of Business and Technology Resilience regulatory exposure experience;

•              3 years of GFI resilience risk posture experience;

•              3 years of Technology infrastructure experience;

•              3 years of Architecture and system resilience planning; and

•              2 years Management experience.
