About this role:

Wells Fargo is looking for a Lead Software Engineer for the ATM Team.

The candidate will be working on the ATM software development platform and will be working with Development team and Product Owners to ensure Stories are groomed and delivered.

Required qualifications

  • 5+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 5+ years of proven experience in software development, with a focus on building Cloud applications
  • 5+ years of expertise in Front-end technologies like React or Angular.
  • 5+ years of proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript, and experience with relevant frameworks and libraries
  • 3+ years of solid understanding of cloud technologies, microservices architecture, and API integrations
  • 3+ years of experience with Database Technologies and event streaming frameworks like Kafka
  • 2+ years of Agile experience
  • 1+ years of Mongo or No SQL experience

Desired Qualifications

  • 3+ years of SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) experience
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Experience supporting or directing offshore teams
  • Knowledge and understanding of SOAP and RESTful services
  • Knowledge and understanding of Business Driven Design
  • Knowledge and understanding of AppDynamics, Splunk
  • Knowledge and understanding of technology testing: unit, integration, and system testing
  • Deep understanding of Test-Driven Development including Automation (SpecFlow)testing
  • Experience in designing data persistence system using both SQL and NoSQL DBMS (MongoDB)
  • Knowledge and understanding of API Gateway
  • Good understanding of SCRUM/Agile methodology

Job Expectations:

  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
  • This position offers a hybrid work schedule

Pay Range
 

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$133,300.00 - $237,100.00
