Wells Fargo Bank N.A. seeks a Lead Software Engineer in Concord, CA.

Job Role and Responsibility: Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments. Drive moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments. Contribute to large scale planning of strategies. Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures. Resolve moderately complex issues and drive team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients’ needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements. Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals. Drive projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff.

Required Qualifications: This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Computer Science, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related technical field plus five (5) years of experience in the job offered or in a related position involving software engineering experience.

Specific skills required:

•              4 years of J2EE experience

•              4 years of experience in SOAP and RESTful Web Services with JSON or XML

•              4 years of experience with Spring, Spring Batch, and Spring Boot

•              4 years of experience with IBM MQ. Rabbit MQ, Active MQ

•              4 years of experience on leading complex digital transformation by developing deploying cloud applications on Pivotal Cloud Foundry

•              3 years of REACT experience

•              3 years Angular experience

•              3 years Groovy Script experience

•              3 years Typescript experience

•              3 years of experience with Apache Kafka with spring boot and protocols like SWIFT, Stream Processing with Kafka Streams and Confluent KSQL

•              3 years of Dockers & Kubernetes experience

•              3 years of experience with Apache Cassandra, Mongo DB, REDIS

•              3 years of TDD(Test Driven Design)/DDD(Domain Driven Design) experience

•              3 years of experience with API development and Microservice using latest Spring framework features like Spring WebFlux, Spring Cloud, Spring Boot, Spring Sleuth : Microservice log tracing

•              3 years of experience in Behavior Driven Testing (BDD) and Junit testing using latest tools like Cucumber and Test NG

•              2 years of experience of web security and remediation techniques
