About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Enablement Leader in Branch Analytics within Consumer Data, Analytics and Artificial Intelligence. This leader/Chief of Staff will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business stakeholders and data-driven decision-making. This position is designed to empower business units to fully leverage the capabilities of the analytics team, driving strategic initiatives, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing data literacy across the organization.

The role will focus on ensuring the analytics team delivers actionable insights aligned with business needs, facilitating smooth communication, removing barriers, and promoting the adoption of analytics solutions across various departments. In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Stakeholder Management:  Act as the primary point of contact between the analytics team and business units, understanding business needs and translating them into data-driven solutions

  • Insights Delivery: Ensure that the analytics team delivers clear, actionable, and tailored insights that address the specific challenges of various business challenges

  • Project Facilitation:  Coordinate cross-functional projects by gathering requirements, setting clear objectives, defining KPIs, and tracking the progress of analytics initiatives

  • Data Strategy Alignment: Work with business leaders to identify areas where data analytics can add value and drive business performance. Align analytics strategy with the overall business goals

  • Operational Efficiency:  Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the analytics team

  • Performance Measurement: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of analytics initiatives and communicate outcomes to stakeholders

  • Risk Management:  Manage key governance and risk related activities horizontally across the analytics team

  • Chief of Staff Functions:  Lead group routines to cultivate a collaborative team environment, organize key deliverables, and oversee team budget

  • Resource Allocation:  Manage the resource planning and allocation across analytics projects, ensuring the right skills are aligned with the most critical business needs

Required Qualifications:  

  • 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience managing cross-functional projects and working closely with data and analytics teams

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization

  • Experience crafting and delivering executive presentations

  • 2+ years of chief of staff experience

  • Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking abilities, with a track record of driving results and achieving business objectives.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to adapt to change and ambiguity.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.

  • Proven track record in change management and business process improvement

  • Knowledge of industry trends in data analytics and a passion for leveraging data to drive business growth

 

Job Expectations:

  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time

  • This position offers a hybrid work schedule

Pay Range
 

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$120,400.00 - $287,600.00
