The Quad is recruiting for a coaching role within a service exclusively designed for women. 

We are looking for passionate, driven women professionals who are committed to delivering exceptional coaching experiences and meaningful student outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct live online coaching sessions with strong communication skills, clarity, and high energy.

Demonstrate high levels of empathy and emotional intelligence while working with students.

Apply a solid understanding of biomechanics and movement patterns to ensure safe and effective coaching.

Actively engage in continuous learning and demonstrate openness to feedback with a growth-oriented mindset.

Consistently strive to understand, anticipate, and exceed student expectations.

Work flexible shifts of 6–8 hours within the time window of 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

Take ownership of post-class engagement and follow-up as part of student success management.
