We are looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor to join our social media marketing agency. The ideal candidate should have prior agency experience, a strong understanding of social media content, and the ability to create engaging, platform-specific videos for different brands and industries.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

* Edit engaging videos, reels, short-form content, and social media creatives for various brands.
* Develop video content suitable for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
* Understand brand requirements and transform concepts/scripts into visually engaging videos.
* Work on multiple projects across different industries and maintain consistency with brand guidelines.
* Add appropriate transitions, motion graphics, text, sound effects, music, and other elements to enhance videos.
* Collaborate with the creative, social media, and marketing teams to deliver content within timelines.
* Stay updated with current social media trends, video formats, editing styles, and content trends.

Requirements

* 1 year of professional experience in video editing.
* Prior experience in a digital/social media/creative/advertising agency is mandatory.
* Strong understanding of social media video content and trends.
* Proficiency in relevant video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
* Experience creating content for multiple industries, brands, and social media platforms.
* Strong sense of visual storytelling, composition, pacing, music, and aesthetics.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and work within deadlines.
* Strong portfolio showcasing previous video editing and social media work is mandatory.
