We are seeking a highly skilled Generative AI Engineer with strong expertise in designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-grade AI solutions powered by Large Language Models (LLMs). This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about applying cutting-edge generative AI technologies to solve real-world business challenges while building scalable, secure, and production-ready AI applications.

As a Generative AI Engineer, you will work closely with cross-functional engineering, product, and data teams to develop intelligent AI solutions using modern LLM frameworks, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, and cloud-native technologies. You will contribute to the complete AI development lifecycle, from experimentation and model integration to deployment, optimization, and continuous improvement, while mentoring junior engineers and promoting AI best practices.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs) and modern AI architectures.
• Build intelligent AI applications utilizing techniques such as GPT, Variational Autoencoders (VAE), Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs), and other advanced generative models.
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks to improve contextual understanding and response accuracy.
• Design, evaluate, and optimize prompts to maximize LLM performance across diverse business use cases.
• Develop AI workflows using frameworks such as LangChain and other modern LLM orchestration platforms.
• Build backend APIs and AI services using Python and web frameworks such as Flask or FastAPI.
• Integrate AI models with enterprise applications using secure API-based architectures.
• Stay current with emerging advancements in Generative AI, machine learning, and deep learning, identifying opportunities to improve existing AI capabilities.
• Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, reliability, and production readiness.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective AI-powered solutions.
• Provide technical mentorship, conduct code reviews, and guide junior engineers in AI development best practices.
• Document solution architectures, AI workflows, and implementation standards to support long-term maintainability.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 6+ years of software engineering experience, including at least 2 years of hands-on experience in Generative AI development.
• Strong expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Hands-on experience with AI frameworks such as LangChain and modern LLM orchestration tools.
• Strong programming skills in Python, with experience integrating LLMs using APIs.
• Experience building backend AI services using Flask, FastAPI, or similar Python web frameworks.
• Solid understanding of machine learning, deep learning, and modern generative AI techniques, including GPT, GANs, and VAEs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capability to design scalable AI solutions for enterprise environments.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with experience working across multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience mentoring engineers and contributing to technical leadership initiatives.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is an added advantage.
