We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with 10–18 years of experience to lead the strategy, development, and lifecycle management of enterprise-grade products focused on Privileged Access Management (PAM) and IT Infrastructure. This role is ideal for a product leader who understands enterprise security, infrastructure ecosystems, and customer needs, while driving product innovation and long-term business value.

As a Product Manager, you will collaborate with engineering, architecture, cybersecurity, infrastructure, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to define product vision, prioritize initiatives, and deliver scalable solutions that address evolving enterprise security and infrastructure challenges.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the product vision, roadmap, and long-term strategy for enterprise infrastructure and PAM solutions.
  • Gather and prioritize business, customer, and market requirements to deliver impactful product enhancements.
  • Work closely with engineering and infrastructure teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Lead the complete product lifecycle, from ideation and planning to launch and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to ensure products align with enterprise security standards, compliance requirements, and governance frameworks.
  • Analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitive offerings to identify opportunities for innovation.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, support, and customer success teams to ensure successful product adoption.
  • Define product KPIs and monitor product performance using data-driven insights.
  • Develop business cases, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans for new product capabilities.
  • Prioritize product backlogs and ensure timely delivery of high-value features.
  • Present product updates, roadmap progress, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders.

Must-Have Skills

  • 10–18 years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or Enterprise Technology Management.
  • Strong expertise in Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions and related enterprise security concepts.
  • Deep understanding of IT Infrastructure, including servers, networking, cloud infrastructure, identity management, and enterprise architecture.
  • Experience managing complex enterprise software products throughout their lifecycle.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business value for customers and executives.
  • Experience working in Agile or Scrum product development environments.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills.

Good-to-Have Skills

  • Experience defining and executing Product Strategy for enterprise software products.
  • Exposure to product portfolio management and strategic planning.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM), Zero Trust Security, or cybersecurity technologies.
  • Knowledge of product analytics, customer research, and market intelligence.
  • Experience working with enterprise SaaS platforms and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Relevant certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Pragmatic Product Management, or similar credentials are advantageous.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • MBA or equivalent business qualification is preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in leading enterprise product initiatives within infrastructure or cybersecurity domains.
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders, drive strategic decisions, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
