We are looking for an experienced professional to work on innovative programmatic advertising solutions that enable advertisers, media companies, brands, and agencies to plan, execute, optimize, and measure campaigns across multiple channels.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance scalable product and platform solutions.
• Work on technology platforms supporting programmatic advertising and digital media campaigns.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data, QA, and Business teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Develop reliable, scalable, secure, and maintainable applications.
• Contribute to architecture, technical design, and engineering best practices.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
• Participate in testing, automation, deployment, monitoring, and production support.
• Work on continuous improvement of existing products and platform capabilities.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends in AdTech, MarTech, digital media, and cloud technologies.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 7+ years of relevant experience in software engineering, product development, or a related technology role.
• Strong experience building and supporting scalable product-based applications and platforms.
• Good understanding of software architecture, APIs, databases, distributed systems, and cloud technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced product environment.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical and scalable technical solutions.
• Strong focus on code quality, performance, security, testing, and maintainability.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience in AdTech, MarTech, programmatic advertising, digital media, campaign management, or analytics will be an advantage.
• Ability to take ownership, work independently, and deliver high-quality solutions within timelines.
• Strong interest in emerging technologies and a product-oriented approach to problem-solving.
