Operational Excellence Project Manager

About the Role

Weee is seeking a talented and highly motivated individual to lead enterprise projects and execute the business process deployment plan, supporting our Operational transformation. This role aims to ensure optimal customer satisfaction, program efficiency, and financial effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for operational scaling, improvements, and streamlining processes across departments to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain high-quality standards. 
• Generate and implement strategies to ensure optimal flow of product & service to enable all activities across the value chain to consistently deliver to customer and business expectations
• Apply intensive and diversified knowledge of Operational Excellence principles and practices to lead a variety of projects aimed at driving operational transformation and improvement across multiple functions.
• Cultivate and maintain strong cross-functional relationships while influencing teams across the corporation to adopt a continuous improvement mindset.
• Drive high-quality work within expected timeframes and on budget. Monitor progress, manage risk and ensure stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes. 
• Coach and lead teams to understand Lean and Design principles, map processes and identify wastes, as well as gaining a deep insight into customer needs and using these to inform design decisions and trade-off.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in consulting, process improvement, or business operations
• Advanced systems knowledge of retail multi-channel merchandise financial planning, demand planning, assortment planning, replenishment, and allocation systems.
• Certification of operational improvement methodologies or experience applying operational improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma)
• Experience in fast phase environment
• Data-driven approach; building tools, collecting and analyzing data
• Demonstrated enterprise mindset, big-picture thinking, and value creation
• Requires working effectively and building influence and trust across many organizations. Strong communication and teamwork skills are critical.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities capable of inspiring teams to operational excellence

Compensation Range

• The US base salary range for this full-time position is $95,000 - $120,000
• This role may be eligible to discretionary bonus, incentives and benefits 
• Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location
