Events play a pivotal role in wealth.com’s demand generation and brand-building efforts. We’re seeking a talented Event Manager to oversee wealth.com’s presence at industry and partner events, driving new business opportunities and solidifying our leadership in estate planning within the wealth management space.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives under pressure. They will excel at managing multiple moving parts, ensuring seamless execution even when faced with last-minute changes or challenges. Most importantly, they will have a strong understanding of how events align with our overall revenue generation strategy and contribute to the success of our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with key stakeholders (in particular Chief Growth Officer and Chief Marketing Officer) to set the annual event strategy and budget
- Work with stakeholders (within the sales and marketing organizations) to create detailed plans for each event, managing the entire planning and execution process from start to finish
- Developing the overall event strategy
- Securing sponsorships
- Aligning booth and merchandise design
- Coordinating and negotiating with external vendors and service providers
- Managing logistics and timelines
- Promoting event participation through marketing
- Tracking and analyzing event expenses and ROI
Key responsibilities for each event include:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 4-6 years of relevant experience in managing events and event marketing for a B2B or SaaS company
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Proactive, self-starter attitude with a results-driven mindset
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proven ability to plan and execute with many moving parts
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience developing and managing budgets effectively
